The website has a “public” view that can be visited without needing a login and password.  The public view is limited to general community information.  

The website has a “members only” view that displays the community calendar, Board contact information, expanded document library of newsletters, financial documents, etc. and committee information.

A couple of things to understand about the website.

  • It is recommended that each adult in the household have their own login to the website.  This will allow your posts to the discussion section to show your name (possibly photo), and registrations for events to be attributed to you. 
  • The website has a “privacy” setting to control how much of your membership information is viewable by other members of the community.  The membership directory is not a public viewable section.  The privacy settings range from “do not show my data” to “all of my data is available” (default).  If you want to limit how your membership information is displayed, you can make that change in your member profile, after you have setup your account and logged in for the first time.  Click on the Standard Membership Directory option in your profile and the first selection is titled "Visibility" with 8 selections for your to choose.
  • The website will be used to send community announcements and other information from the HOA. It is preferable if each member has an email address in the membership information to facilitate this. Your website password resets are conducted by sending you a link to your email.

Please follow this link to complete your membership profile.  Once completed, the data will be added to the website membership database and your login and password will be emailed to you. You will need to complete the form for each member of the household.
