Various members of the Association have volunteered to serve on this committee. Early efforts
were focused on maintaining the front entry, and performing needed cleanup of the
Common Areas. No removal or cutting of plants and trees within the Natural Common areas can be done without the specific
permission of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is responsible for all common areas, to make sure that all members of the association will
enjoy them for now and in the future. The committee was originally
formed to save the Association expenses related to the maintenance of the
Several cleanup and landscape events have been organized to improve the front entrance appearance.
The following Map of the Villas at Charleston Park
shows all the areas that the Association is responsible for. The largest
common area is of course the Pool & Clubhouse area.
Contractors have been hired to cut the grass and maintain the Sprinkler system. Essentially the gate which is indirectly part of the
mission of the committee requires little maintenance other than maintaining the assess/keycode list
and a periodic lubrication of moving parts. The gate demands attention
when there is a failure or malfunction of the system or if damage occurs.
Landscape & Maintenance meetings are held the second Wednesday of the month at the Clubhouse at
9:00 A.M. Additional meetings TBA
Wherever meetings are going to be held, as always,
residents are welcome to attend each meeting.
